    To begin enrollment for your child into First Academy, parents and families will need to follow the following steps below

    Once you register, you will receive an email from one of our directors within 24 hours asking for further information about your child and the services that . If you need want to take a tour of our facility please make an appointment during this step.

    Step 2: Please fill out our enrollment book, review the day care licensing standards and sign the verification form, and then have your physician fill out a certificate of health examination for your child. All forms can be dowloaded below:

    Step 3:Once you completed all the steps please email us at enrollment@firstacademy.com with the date you intend to have your child start. You will then receive an email within 24 hours confirming your start date and giving you a list of items to bring on your child’s first day.



    Step 4: On your child’s first day please bring all the paperwork and the $300 dollar registration fee ($150 is a refundable security deposit)
